Some of the stupid mistakes are made by (or can be made by) just about anyone in business for them self. It is like the old adage when a lawyer represents himself, he has a fool for a client. I guess from the article what rang true for me with friends that are self employed is going against their gut instinct and putting on a fake front. I have known a few people that caused their own demise with these two mistakes. The others are good too and we should all learn from them.
