This really sounds a lot like "us vs. them". Pretty sad when a company can't work with their leaders…
It is with the greatest reluctance that we are forced to remove the “grandfathered” compensation plan. It has been brought to our attention that a large number of individuals on the “grandfathered” compensation plan have not only been discussing their income but have been showing photocopied checks and downlines to recruit individuals who will never be able to earn at this level. This is not only unlawful; it is also considered income projection and is strictly prohibited by our Policies and Procedures. These activities have led to a pressing legal scenario that must be resolved quickly.
What does this mean to you?
The removal of the “grandfathered” positions will protect the longevity of your income. Close to 80% of the Distributors in the efusjon energy club do not have “grandfathered” positions and many of these, whom represent family and friends to you, will be protected as well. Furthermore, it will remove any and all legal concerns regarding the disparity at hand and move us into a safe position. This is a very difficult action for us to make but we are confident with all the amazing opportunities at our doorstep, that overall, you will succeed with us. The end of August completes the efusjon energy clubs first 12 months of business. In that little time we will have grown to 55,000 plus, will have rolled out 3 amazing digital tools, will have brought out 4 amazing products and will have begun preparations to expand internationally. We have just finished laying our foundation, and we promise you haven’t seen anything yet! We trust you will understand that the decision to remove the “grandfathering” was made in the spirit of protecting what you have, not harming it, as we have much more to come.

Question: What happens if distributors continue to show checks as "income examples" regardless of the grandfathered position issue? Wouldn't it be just as bad a problem if someone who's been in efusjon for a long time and has a large downline shows an check? E.g. what if Loren or one of the 15 folks on level 3 showed prospects their check?
In other words – I think the talk about legal concerns with grandfathered position is only a different flavor of the bigger problem which is showing checks period. Thus, using that as primary justification seems like spinning to me. After all, Efusjon has the same legal firm as Amway and Isagenix, right? Surely the compensation plan was well vetted by legal?
I like asking tough questions. I tweeted similar questions to Rob day of the announcement but did not receive a respons.
