I find it interesting that what a person’s introduced to a company, they may NOT be interested in the company but they’ll fall in love with the person who introduced it to them. No matter what information is there about the company, they really like the person that introduced it to them and they got along very well.
This is dangerous when personal feelings take over your business decisions for you. Sure it’s necessary to have a sponsor that you get along with, but you also want a company that’s workable.
Even though this is a relationship business, keep in mind that it is, above all else, still a business. When you’re doing something as important as choosing a company, please don’t let personal feelings cloud your judgment. Take your personal feelings into consideration – but don’t let them dictate your decisions.
