A judge ruled that Orrin Woodward’s TEAM can go on with plans to hold a convention this weekend. According the the report in The Grand Rapids Press, the convention will generate $3 Million for TEAM.
MLive:
More than 15,000 TEAM members, most of whom have been
distributors for Quixtar, are expected in Louisville, Ky.,
for the annual event beginning Friday. The multiday motivational gathering is expected to generate
more than $3 million for TEAM through ticket sales and sales
of merchandise, including books, CDs and clothing.
$3 million?!!?!?!
Wow, I can see a whole new round of lawsuits in Amway's future. LOL
Actually, the TEAM meeting had nothing to do with Amway / TEAM is no longer affiliated with Amway. Also — the $3million estimate isn't so crazy when you consider that they claim to have had 30k people there at about $100-150 per person.`
yea, $3 million minus expenses.. stadium rental, cost of goods sold, cost of speakers (which i'm sure is very lucrative for them too)..
the only question i have is: If TEAM is no longer part of Amway/Quixtar, then what the hell are they going to talk about at this function?
How to go Diamond?? CORE?? CommuniKate?? Standing order?? Hello?????
this doesn't make much sense.. can anyone clarify??
