Here’s a letter that Shane Krider sent out to Polaris Media Group distributors yesterday. Krider is the founder of Polaris Media Group and co-founder of Liberty League International.
Religious Freedom and Polaris
“There have been some comments and concerns voiced about me being a member of the Church of Scientology. I’m not here to defend my religion. What I believe is my personal choice. I don’t enforce it on others. And I certainly don’t expect them to enforce their views on me.
At Polaris we don’t practice or condone any form of discrimination – gender, race, sexual orientation or religion – because we believe that this a personal choice and it’s not relevant to the business.
I do take issue with people who discriminate on the subject of religion and confuse it with my business activities.
That’s like saying you won’t do business with someone who is Jewish or Muslim. Or refusing to buy from a Protestant or a Catholic. It’s just wrong.
Polaris is purely a business opportunity. We focus on helping people be the best they can and live a great life. If some people don’t want to participate because of my religion, that’s their choice. But instead of worrying about what I believe, look at what we do and what we produce. Judge us on the success of our distributors, our contribution to others and how we help those in need.

Now here are a few quotes regarding Scientology:
Justice Anderson, Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia has this to say:
"Scientology is evil; its techniques are evil; its practice is a serious threat to the community, medically, morally, and socially; and its adherents are sadly deluded and often mentally ill… (Scientology is) the world’s largest organization of unqualified persons engaged in the practice of dangerous techniques which masquerade as mental therapy."
Justice Latey, ruling in the High Court of London had this to say:
"Scientology is both immoral and socially obnoxious…It is corrupt sinister and dangerous. It is corrupt because it is based on lies and deceit and has its real objective money and power for Mr. Hubbard… It is sinister because it indulges in infamous practices both to its adherents who do not toe the line unquestionably and to those who criticize it or oppose it. It is dangerous because it is out to capture people and to indoctrinate and brainwash them so they become the unquestioning captives and tools of the cult, withdrawn from ordinary thought, living, and relationships with others."

Also, check out OzSoapBox where Elena Fraga, a former Liberty League and Polaris Media Group representative has this to say:
" One fact that I can share here is that I was asked by the leadership of Polaris to take courses at the Hubbard School of Administration. I was told that they would help me on my leadership role in the company.
I was told that I needed to improved my Communication Skills and I needed that course I paid it as requested but I did not go. I cancelled at the last minute.
I did not know, at that time, that the Hubbard School of Administration is actually part of the Scientology Church."
Well you certainly lost my subscription by posting a biased report on a religious group. Who’s next? I get heavily promoted to by Christians in my mlm connections, middle eastern and Mormon sponsors who shed their blessings and recommended reading material on me. When will mankind grow up and knock off the finger pointing, whispering and name calling? For a country of religious tolerance, it seems we still have a lot to learn.
Calling Scientology a religious group is like calling Big Tobacco a charity.
My wife did Liberty League and then Polaris for 4+ years.
