Nu Skin unveiled the architectural renderings of their new $80 million Innovation Center today and also announced that Provo City Council has approved the purchase of one block of 100 West Street.
“We are pleased to be moving forward in our planned development project that will feature a new Innovation Center and expanded downtown campus,” said Truman Hunt, Nu Skin president and chief executive officer. “This is a significant project that will help us foster an innovative environment to support a continual stream of cutting-edge anti-aging products and compelling business opportunities for our distributors.”
Nu Skin anticipates completing the project in 2013 – they will break ground on the expansion project sometime this spring.
“The openness of the new building design and highly transparent architecture, as well as additional green space, should result in a distinctive landmark for Provo that will integrate well with existing buildings and at the same time help enliven the downtown area,” said Ray Calabro AIA, principal at Bohlin Cywinski Jackson and lead architect on the project.
