This picture made me laugh because it was SO obviously not from a Quixtar system function. I bet Quixtar U was corporate training. Here’s why:
1. Jeans. IBO’s don’t wear jeans.
2. More women than men.
3. No one is giving a thumbs up.

I ran a quick search against Google's search engine for "Quixtar University" … indeed it's not a Quixtar system function. But rather a course for Quixtar employees to learn about the business, what the IBOs show prospects, etc., according to the 20050203 entry at http://www.realquixtarblog.com/february2005.html. I'm guessing more employees of Quixtar are happier than Quixtar's IBOs. I bet the employees didn't have to pay to get into that course … and didn't have to be in an weird-feeling environment.
No religion, no tapes, no books.
