In what is called "the final award", Orrin and Laurie Woodward are liable for $12,736,659 for soliciting other IBO’s to resign from Quixtar and compete with it’s business (in MonaVie).
Chris and Terri Brandy are liable for $9,578,756 and Tim and Amy Makes are liable for $3,533,230.

Update with some comments from Orrin Woodward:
The arbitration award is far from final and with the recent ruling by a Federal judge in Utah that former IBO’s should not go through Amway’s arbitration, we will see what happens. There are several major pieces of evidence that were denied us in our defense that is now coming to light. In either case, if the judicial system rules that we must pay after hearing the facts, we will bond and continue to fight for justice. I will never surrender to tyranny and if Amway can point to even one person that I solicited to leave Amway then I ask them to name them? I haven’t nor ever would solicit anyone as I believe that someone convinced against their will is of the same opinion still.
Wow. Amway is not kidding around.
Ty, I hope all is well. The arbitration award is far from final and with the recent ruling by a Federal judge in Utah that former IBO’s should not go through Amway’s arbitration, we will see what happens. There are several major pieces of evidence that were denied us in our defense that is now coming to light. I haven’t nor ever would solicit anyone as I believe that someone convinced against their will is of the same opinion still. If people call me and ask me to be in business, that is free enterprise and that is what networking is. Keep leading with character and have a Merry Christmas. I feel confident in the final outcome no matter what the ruling. Good wins and evil loses. God Bless, Orrin

Yeah, OK Orrin.
Because you are such a bastion of credibility.
Except for, you know, not being comfortable defending your “leadership” business.
Oh, and censoring your blog comments.
Obviously you aren’t comfortable with open debate, unless of course, it’s in front of your brainwashed zombies.
Bingo, Rocket. Orrin is the great “mis-leader.” He left one pyramid to build another. And now that it’s time to write Amway a check for all the damage he’s done, he’s whining like a little girl saying it wasn’t a fair fight. Go cry a tear in your $50 brazillian berry bs beverage. Good does win, which is why you’re business is tanking and your leaders are running away in droves. Goodbye.
i would like to see orrin woodward and his wife actually leave a company and start from scratch, with 0 people in the downline and do ti the way many new people do it, by inviting people what way we all tried to do it, and yes since he alreay knows how to do it with the best of them im know he could do it because he knows how ot talk and knows the ropes, but we all know deep down inside that he took all of his people from amway and quixtar and thats how he was able to be one of the top leaders, and i dont think he will ever be broke, yes he is smart to do what hes done and be where in life he is now, but dont lie us all of us, and the only big sorce he makes money from today is from the tools he sells, thats how they make it big.
I liked Monavie until Orrin showed up one day as a Presidential Black Diamond (Huge business). He accepted his bonus on stage and told everyone we could do it with hard work. Umm…you just plugged in your Amway group in order. That’s wasn’t hard work. He may have done well with Amway, but don’t preach in Monavie like you did ANYTHING to promote the juice. Such an ass.
Orrin called me after he switched to MonaVie telling me that “It was time to sign up and bring your group over to MonaVie.” I also know that he called other people about signing up in MonaVie as well. For him to say that he did not solicit is a flat out LIE. This is why I am not surprised that the judge in Detroit threw out their appeal and recently stated that the Woodwards BROKE THE LAW and have to pay the 25 million dollars that was awarded to Quixtar.
you are evil orrin woodward, stop trying to fool people with a "christian organization". You wouldn't have lost 25 million dollars between the two of you unless something really bad was going on that you settled behind closed doors. You are ruining peoples lives, and claiming to help them by selling them things they do not need. I found many of the same "tools" you sell at a library and over the internet for free. You are even affecting people that are not associated with TEAM by brainwashing our loved ones. Please us alone and let us live our lives under God and his love, and stop using his name to make you money. It's sick.
all i have to say is simple…yall all keep saying monavie when its team..monavie is dallin larsen’s deal..team-l.i.f.e. is orrin and chris brady.i swear people are quick to judge. but y’all ain’t perfect period.if ya’ll dont agree with orrin then just dont do what he does..stick to your own thing..but calling somebody out and yet claiming he doing wrong doesn’t make you better. people have a choice to listen to orrin just like people have a choice to beleive amway, herbalife, ect. so just stop gossiping and get a life.
