So, technically they are competitors, right?

Now, it seems as though Quixtar is regulating the Quixtar Motivational Systems through the Quixtar Professional Development Accreditation Program.

example for others to follow.

The program recognizes Quixtar Independent Business Owners
(IBOs) and organizations of IBOs whose professional development (or

acceptance and accuracy and whose professional development compensation
plans are transparent to participants, written, and contractual.

I am no lawyer, but it sure seems anti-competitive for a company to be able to say whether or not the competition is accredited or not.

Fairy Tale Land

Let’s go off in fairy tale land for a minute and say that Quixtar Leader, Jody Victor’s business development system does not qualify for accreditation. Let’s say that Mr. Victor’s business is hurt because of the lack of accreditation.

Wouldn’t Mr. Victor have a pretty good antitrust case, considering that Quixtar sells the same type of materials that he does?
