I am about to give about $5,000 worth of consulting to Quixtar for free.
Here ya go kids…(and Mr. Payne)
Stop addressing the "Quixtar Cult" in your materials, instead do something about the issues that cause people to think of Quixtar as a cult.
Addressing this cult issue is so weird! Anyone in their right mind would look at the "Cult Allegations" video on the new facts page and think "why would I want to be involved with a company that feels the need to explain why they aren’t a cult".
Agree. Cult like adherence to a system that reaps so little real reward in the face of empirical evidence is a hallmark of cult mentality. To boldly hold one's head in the sand as Quixtar reps do is only one symptom of cult behavior. Worship of diamond Jim personalities on the stages of quarterly functions, lighting of candles to keep the dream alive, and blind allegiance to a system that has a nearly 50 year history of business loss and regret are a few examples of a pernicious business cult that eats its own children.
