ROI Unlimited Review: Beware of this ground floor travel MLM start up that is headquartered in a UPS Store in Surprise, Arizona
By Vance Legacy, MLM Blog Guest Blogger
The following are my thoughts about ROI Unlimited. Let me know what you think in the comments area.
ROI Unlimited is an MLM travel discount matrix scheme, based in a UPS Store in Arizona that looks a lot like the failed YTB Travel and TVI Express repackaged with a hyped up cycling matrix compensation plan.
The compensation plan has 3 entry levels: $250, $1,000 and $3,500.
$250 gets you in the matrix and gives you a hotel discount card, $1,000 qualifies you for higher commissions and gets you a “Condo Card” that supposedly gets you access to steep discounts on condominiums.
The $3,500 adds cruise lines into the mix.
Stop and think about that for a second. You are paying an extra $2,500 for “many cruises (that) are below market prices”.
Seriously, how many cruises would you need to take to recoup your $2,500?
And that brings up problem number one with ROI Unlimited:
There is also lot of talk about “no auto ship” with this company and that is true, but you will also be making very little money unless you get good at selling $3,500 travel discount packages. (Good luck with that in this economy.)
The compensation plan touts a team concept, yet only the top person in a matrix of 15 people is making any real money even though everyone is working at selling $3,500 packages.
The Real Product Shipped To Your Door
If you watch the compensation plan video, you get a guy who sounds like he has smoked a pack a day of Camel’s talking over some soothing music, explaining the compensation plan to you.
In the video, he shows a graphic of a product box that you get for your $3,500 investment.
In reality you get a discount card. There is no box of products. It’s a card.
Don’t be fooled.
Who is behind this company and will they last?
I did a little research into who is behind ROI Unlimited, starting with the domain registration:
Registrant:
Professional Marketing Design, LLC2137 W. Apgar Creek Dr
Meridian, Idaho 83646
United StatesRegistered through: GoDaddy.com, Inc. (http://www.godaddy.com)
Domain Name: ROIUNLIMITED.COM
Created on: 05-Oct-10
Expires on: 05-Oct-11
Last Updated on: 05-Oct-10
I noticed two things very interesting about the registration. It’s only good for one year and it appears to be owned by a web designer.
The company is apparently owned by Fred Schwartz and Brian Spangler, but there is no information about them on the web site.
And here is the big one, the corporate headquarters as listed on ROIUnlimited.com is actually a UPS Store in a strip mall in Surprise, Arizona.
15508 W Bell Rd Suite 101 Surprise, AZ 85374
There are lots of red flags with this start up company. I would look elsewhere.
Thanks for the Heads-Up. It’s worrying that “opportunities” like this which do so much damage to the reputation of MLM/Network Marketing continue to exist, and continue to do lasting damage to every reputable Company out there.
I suppose that at $3500 upper end, and no end of idiots who desperately want to “get in first”, you don’t need too many people to make a fortune for the founders.
Caveat Emptor, Indeed!
Thanks for the review. I hope people aren’t joining thinking it’s the “One”…
First of all,
I earned 7500 in only one week. Great program great staff.
second of all this company has a legal registration in the state of Arizona.

Hello!
A cousin was inviting me to ROI, But it´s well known that you gotta work really hard in any business to get results, but that the office is in a Ups store… jej there´s gotta be something wrong with this company jej.. we gotta be carefull always.
It’s really difficult to get the real inside information about MLM Opportunities. The biggest problem in if you really don’t understand how MLM works, and let’s face it most don’t.
I give anyone in my downline a free report which details how it works before they join. It informs and gives them peace of mind as well as helping them decide which program suites them best
Andy
WOW, Thanks for the heads up!
I plan on spreading the word…… (with trackbacks of course)
I earned $1525 in my first two weeks. I started on the Driver Board for $250. I have found this to be a phenomenal company.
They are very upfront and truthful from the get go. Hence the name ROI..Return on Integrity. When it’s all said and done, don’t we want to work with people with INTEGRITY.
As far as the no physical brick and mortar office building, I am not worried. We are fully aware of this. Work at home. The owners have purchased state of the art software and we all work at home. This is what we in network marketing advertise! In my humble opinion, this sure saves on a lot of overhead cost, doesn’t it? If you save on the overhead doesn’t that mean more money that can go to the people who are with you?
Bottom line, I am very happy to be working with a company that is building itself to last not be another fly by night company that is gone in 2 years.
ROI Unlimited has great hotel, condo & villa, and cruise discount card products. They have partnered with Hotels.com to get even deeper discounts than what you get on Hotels.com.
They are about families first. Quality time with your family and a business that allows you to afford these affordable vacations.
Whats not to like about that?
In the defense of ROI UNLIMITED… I’ve received 2 checks, made $825 in nine days and have over 60k sitting on the board. Seems to be working just fine. I don’t have time for scams. I also did some of my own investigating and want to add this:….
1. Brian Spangler IS listed on the “who is” because “he is” an owner.
2. I own 6 urls and I only lease them for a year so that I am not tied up legally to any company in the case that I don’t like what they are doing and want to move my URL. One of my companies has been in business for over 20 years and I renew the name EVERY YEAR.
…
3. I would not give out my personal home address or phone out to my employees. But, I can pick up a phone and call Brian or Fred anytime I want. It’s a little thing called “trust”.
4. I am a creative director and producer and worked out of my home for several years with fortune 500 companies as my clients and was able to use a P.O. Box for my address. A UPS store is actually a step above that if you ask me.
5. The discount travel card “is” the product. And I don’t have to resale it over and over.
6. You don’t have to sell a $3,500 card. You are actually selling a $250 card.. BIG Difference! Plus the discount card is for LIFE!
7. ROI UNLIMITED was just audited and PASSED BIG TIME.
and best of all…
8. They allow us to help the “REAL PEOPLE” in need with their new Pay it Forward Program.
9. Integrity… they don’t bash or badmouth others.. they stay on task by protecting those of us who can see the big picture.
A BIG THANK YOU TO Fred Schwartz & Brian Spangler!
I love how all defense of this company starts with: “I made this amount of money in a week”, it’s funny because making money has nothing to do with whether or not ROI is a legitimate business. No different than me saying that dealing drugs is a legit business because people make money.
I tried looking for the policies and procedures for the company. All I found was private policy and term & conditions on using the website. What about the actual business. Thats what really tells the story.
One thing a new MLM seeker should be looking for is to start a long term business a team, a business that can be inhereted to our children.
I know a couple of friends that have actually made a lot of money with companies with the exact same scheme and product that ROI offers, I have also known of several other companies like ROI that have disapeared from one day to the other and another that is under investigation and the distributors in trial for scamming in Australia.
I was offered to join one of these companies, I told the person what I knew about this kind of travel discount etc matrix companies and that they actually do work for a couple of years untill they get shut down, the person replied “Who cares if it shuts down in a year or two, I know a person that made $80,000 in one year, who cares!. I told Her would you invest in any business that you know will go broke? I am going to get in a business that will last a long long time or at least has all the potential. Another thing one should look for is the exclusive product the company is offering, better yet if the company is the first to market the product, yes copy cats always appear sooner or later, but exclusive products is what one should look for in a company. ROI is the N to the X company to come with this system and product many many before have left a bad record. But if you just want to make money fast and dont care about the long term I say it must work cause I know people that yes have doubled or tripled their investment in weeks, but I am not the kind of person that will go out to my loved ones and friends and tell then to invest on something with sucha a bad track record.
Hi,
I am a HUGE fan of Ty and really respect his words and really always will but when I got introduces to ROI Unlimited I attended a live presentation and asked around at the top where the people are making the money.
They just introduced this Pay It Forward business model which looks interesting.
The support is crazy, and there really is a lot of training that you receive if you join the right team…
It was only $250 to get started so I jumped on board.
My primary business opportunity is a top tier product and not everyone can afford the investment to get started so I have added ROI for simple reason to capitalize on the people that say no.
Love the facebook comments, how do I get that? Is it a plug in???
Thanks,
Billee
You are entitled to your opinion but if only you knew what you were talking about. You having this blog makes you look terrible if you plan on writing a book, Vance. Copy and Paste in Google the exact address of the UPS store and the exact address of ROI. Same addresses but ROI has a seperate suite. In same complex but different offices.
Remove this blog for your own sake Vance. Killing yourself buddy.
There are lots of contradiction going on. Every MLM company should have a transparent and legal agenda. They should spread it out all over.
Ty,
I worked with you with Eiro and know you are a stand up guy and meant well by this article but I must say you don’t have your facts straight on this article.
I have joined ROI and already recouped my investment plus some (received 4 checks so far). This is a valid opportunity. Sustainable business model. One time investment of $250 out of pocket and NO AUTOSHIP. Do the work, put in the time and effort and it pays off and the travel benefits are stellar!
Take the tour and get the facts on my site at: http://www.ROIUnlimited.com/InnovativeSolutions
Wishing you and yours the best…
P.S. How is the Shackley business?? Does anybody still drink that stuff??
Joyce,
This is an article from Vance, a guest writer here.
Shaklee is going well. Our team earned over $200,000 in FastTrack bonuses on top of the regular compensation plan in the first 90 days.
Hey,
I have 7200 reasons to say ROI Unlimited is the best thing I’ve EVER joined. So keep on naysaying while we prosper.
The Red Flags are obvious:
NO RECRUITING ….
Falls right in line with LLI Pyramid statement of “no selling or telling” bullshit
The comp plan is a 2×3 matrix which means a very short run cycle and
their “big hitters” will run to their next opp …
Talk with Licensed Travel Agent … they will give you the REALITY of why this is another TVI Express train wreck waiting to happen
I’ve seen them all: RoadMap to Riches …. EDC Gold .. TVI Express which all similar type hype and “leaders” and they all bit the dust within a short period of time
Any program that touts NO RECRUITING like this pgm will work only for the “big hitters” who are paid differently and run scam print Co-Op and deck card internal programs
Been a member for 4 months now. Made a whopping $25.00. Never received a discount card or anything else that was promised. For every member you get to join and pay at least $250.00… you get $25.00? It’s a joke.
You’re better off blowing your money at the casino. The odds of a return on your money, are much higher there. Seriously.
To Allen Jamison – you really should be more informed or better educated on how UPS Store or mailbox offices work before belittling someone else. The address that ROI Unlimited is the UPS Store – they’re not in different offices. Look at the addresses below:
15508 W Bell Rd Suite 101 Surprise, AZ 85374 is the UPS store address.
15508 W Bell Rd Suite 101-601 Surprise, AZ 85374 is the ROI Unlimited stated address.
Notice the 101-601. 601 is the mailbox number at the UPS Store. All the address at all mail offices are formatted that way – I managed a mail office for a couple of years. A very small business with no traction or real office so it needs to house the mail for its business and also needed to register as a legal business. I have seen hundreds of very small businesses who are either barely above water or intended for a very small sole proprietorships house their mail and address at mailbox businesses like this.
Also if you google map the location as you said to do you’ll see it’s at Fry’s Shopping Center which is all retail locations. Do a street view and you’ll find no business offices of ROI Unlimited. Vance, the guest blogger is spot on.
Allen it is you who is killing yourself if your uninformed post. Know what you are talking about before you say (type) it…
AS a successful business owner, i don’t have time for scams and wasted time. I have looked at this done my due process and joined. The main reasons are I love to travel, Make money and Help others. The team concept allows even those that do very little an opportunity to get 6,500 from a one time investment of 250. I have put up a NO BS review complete with pros and cons (yes not every program is perfect). So if you want a evaluation from someone using the service go to my website.
I joined ROI.
I am hoping to make a good income from this business. I’ve met with others that have done very well. But I discovered one problem.
I might have to work to make any money. What the HECK? I wish I had read your advice blog before I joined. Could you please send me one of your books so I can figure out how to join an MLM plan where I don’t have to work? How much will it cost me?
Thanks
I joined ROI recently and I’m loving it! Thanks to a recent promotion I started for people who sign up under me, I’m already at the top of the Driver ($250 entry) board. I also decided to bite the bullet and enter the Power ($3500 entry) board and run the contest as well.
You can run a company like this in your underwear. It's an automated program that does 95% of the work. Keeping a low overhead means more money paid out to it's members. ROI has been tried and tested and if you do what they ask of you, you'll get paid. It's pretty simple to understand. I sure wouldn't want to pay for an office complex to prove anything. I've seen too many of those types go out of business trying to impress people and dealing with a high overhead. What a concept, working from home in your underwear. I'm all over this concept and it should be welcomed with open arms by every person on food stamps , welfare and those about to be evicted from their homes.
Thanks a lot for these review ROIUnlimited is creating a precedent in the world. All it takes to succeed in MLM is work hard and be optimistic and have a good attitude towards the business.
Wow, This is the last time I believe these freelance article writers that only write to make a quick buck without doing research. Members don't usually buy a $3500 cruise card. That is there for members to join in later in the program when they want to reinvest money into that membership. It functions separately from the other two memberships. The 3 memberships are the Hotel (Driver board) the Condo (Accelarator board) and the Cruise card (Power board) These cards offer discounts and it doesn't mean you have to consume them to earn money in this program. What they do is that they will give you entrance into the matrices when you buy one and sell one. Plain and simple — by the shear volume and power of the 15 people team trying to sell the bottom 8 empty membership spots, one by one each member cycles through the matrices earning $500 (driver) $5000 (Accelerator) $20K (Power) I did not join the $250 membership. I went ahead and bought straight into the Accelerator from my own pocket. Most people will have to start at the $250 level because they might lack the money to fund this. I joined the first of April and within a couple of days I will be at the top of the board ready to cycle for 5K. The company has already sent me $200 because I brought business of two memberships to the company. When my 5K check arrives, it will be for around $5,095 because I actually sold a third membership for the accelerator board which will come added to the 5K check. I have also seen the checks members from my group that have cycled and brought them as prove. So as you can see you get $100 for every sold membership, but that is not all…when those 3 members cycle like I will, I will get $1000 leadership bonus every time they do so.
It easy to talk about the money and lie to yourself about what and who ROI Unlimited is if your making a lot of money. Money clouds judgement. But be sure to put some of the fast cash on the side. Your all gonna need it. When the Feds bust ROI Unlimited and all of you people living in denial about the true facts on this pyramid scheme the fines, penalties, and jail time is gonna be a real sobering experience. Ignorance about what is really going on will not excuse you from taking responsibility and you better believe in times like these the Feds will love to make an example out of ROI Unlimited.
My fiance and I were each sponsored by another member into the $1000 "follow me" matrix. Our sponsor took all of our personal information, including DOB, SS# and separate mailing addresses and then entered us into their system. I questioned the legitamacy of the business when only one of us recieved the package from ROI Unlimited. It was sent in an envelope that was printed from a home computer, it was no professional print job that most successful companies would use for mailing marketing materials. The discount travel card was too attached to a letter that was clearly printed from a home ink jet printer. I was told by my sponsor that it was a start up company and that this was to be expected until they were running more efficiently. Even though I was leary, I continued to gently promote the company and invite various ones to the informational meetings, I even held 2 meetings in my own home. After that, I could not continue to promote a company and its promised rewards until I saw visual proof that it works and the benefits it offers. My sponsor invested $6000-$7000 in 6-7 various people that he felt had connections to get the board to cycle. Just today it was stated that he has made $5425, which would still make him $1575 short from breaking even in his various sponsored investments. That is not including the additional $1000 that the company encourages you to reinvest in another person. If he followed their instruction, this would in reality make him $2575 further from breaking even in his investments. My research and investigation has proven that the travel discounts offered are no real deal, in fact, any of your accomodation discount sites can offer deeper discounts than ROI could ever scratch the surface with.
There is no way I'd invest any of my money on any matrix with this company or encourage any of my family, friends or other contacts to join this joke. This is a true money losing scam.
I find it ironic that you of all people would post someone about a scam when you yourself are under investigation for creating a fake charity under the guise of donating to a family of 5 who were burned in a grease fire yet you've kept all the money to yourself to buy yourself drinks and new bikinis. To me, this doesn't sound like the type of person whos word should hold any gospel over anything. Not to mention that you're a vial hypocritical racist who constantly calls anyone, regardless of age, the n word. Lets let the entire world know you called a 5 year old the n word! Anyone who is not your color is a lesser person. Not to mention how abusive you are towards your children and the fact you constantly tell them you hate them and wish they would die. Should we also let the world know how you stole from your previous job after you were fired? Or how you've been fired from almost every job you've ever had? Or the fact that you've had to move 5 times in the last 2 years because you cant pay your bills (thus fueling you to steal money from burned children) or how about that you were evicted from your current house and you now have sheets and taps over the windows so your neighbors wont see you backing up like the poor trash you are? Or the fact that you threaten to murder people all over your facebook? Even the current sheriff of Marion County? You need to check yourself before you pass judgements on anyone because you need a serious intervention in your life. Find Jesus or something because he will be all you have left when you're sitting alone in a jail cell.
Thank you for the evidence 🙂

YOU SAID THIS "After that, I could not continue to promote a company and its promised rewards until I saw visual proof that it works and the benefits it offers"
This is where you gave up and failed and all the forces of negativity surrounded you. As for your friend losing money, It is his own fault. He simply paid people that didn't have to put their own money to participate. When you get something this way, you can't expect performance from those people.
another uneducated moron! Invest 6-7000? I don't know who sounds more stupid, you or your friend… What else does he want to do? fund everyone that goes in it? This is just stupid by any (not just business savvy, but common sense!) how do you expect to make money if you are paying for everyone and their mommas? You are a joke, your family tree should just be so proud of you, just like the moron that wrote this article…
There are rules some of you may not understand. When you join, you have 90 days to be 'active-qualified' that means that when you're about to cycle and you are active-qualified, you will receive your 5K bonus. You are active qualified when you bring in two new members under you every '90 days' Sometimes one has to bring more than two in the same matrix to be qualified because the matrix has become 90 days old. This rule is there to try to encourage members to be actively trying to bring business to the company. Don't blame the company if you're not actively trying to work and instead are watching T.V. all day.
Hello. I saw this business a few weeks ago, and i think it’s phenomenal, i has been see so many multilevels business and none it’s like this, please if anybody want to be my sponsor contact me.
Roi, like almost every other mlm, works. It’s possibly one of the best opportunites out there to date. Their compensation plan is great, but no residual income. In that case, I’m going with Organo Gold. The BEST mlm compensation plan ever created and the greatest leadership for mentorship!!
If you actually did your research you would know that they are a company that uses no "brick and mortar". Which means there is not an office building or "ups store" that work is done from. This allows for little overhead as far as light bills or rent on a facility. This business takes place out of peoples homes.
Don't dis something you know nothingng about.
I joined in 2012 with the 1000.00 dollar.i only got195.00 dollars.i regret because if other ppl dont work i cant move up.iam not good at talking to ppl. right now i m lossing 3000 dollars cause i paid for the 2 other people that joined under me.i wanted to get my 5000 dollars but is not easy. I need someone to work it for me and split the money
