Not gonna beat around the bush today…
How would you feel about your business if you began sponsoring 5-10 new people every month?
It takes work, but I have a formula that I have used in 3 different companies over my 20+ years in the industry.
In fact, I used the formula to sponsor over 100 people in 9 months and I was named # 1 recruiter in all three companies (one had over 50,000 reps).
But the best part about it is that I came up with the formula because I was scared to death to talk to people about my business. I would sometimes even go out of my way to not bump into people at the grocery store because I didn’t want to feel the pressure of bringing up my business to them.
I bet a lot of you feel the same way.
I am going to share my simple recruiting solution with those of you who take advantage of our Internet Marketing Crash Course – it is somewhat Internet related, but even if you have zero tech skills, this strategy will work for you.
There is also a sweet new countdown on the Crash Course page that will tell you two things about the course…
1. When the webinars start.
2. When the doors close.

Sponsoring 5 to 10 people a month would be pretty cool. I’m sure you have to work hard and be consistent.
Great post Ty… I will check out your course.
woow 100 recruitment’s in 9 months sound crazy 😛
N ofcourse Recruiting is lifeline of our business, I believe unless you have thousands of downlines its a MUST, you should always have fresh blood coming in your team!!
I think most people would love to sponsor 10 people a month without having to get all sweaty and nervous by trying to “sell” people!
Damn! I wish I’d seen this post sooner. I’ve missed the webinar now! You got any more lined up Ty?
Awesome information Ty, your teachings have been working for me for quite a while now, thanks so much.
While, I am not in a MLM biz, I have been consulting a lot of MLM agents on how to build relationships with people, as it is the key to building strong down lines or legs. One of the biggest concerns my clients ask me revolves around faith in their up line, as they don't belive they can learn to recruit well when the person who recruited them is still very new too. This is where I come in, and I have to agree with Ty, recruiting is the life blood of The MLM business. – Del Rene ; The Situation Coach 🙂
Blood, sweat and tears. It takes time and effort. Unfortunately I have seen so many people give up just before things were about to break for them.
The fortune is in the follow up but so many people just aren’t willing to make those calls.
I appreciate your blog.
Recruiting and sponsoring new people isn’t difficult. In most cases, a lot of people that come into the industry are terrified of doing things they aren’t comfortable with. Things they don’t understand. If they just took action and put fear aside, many more wouldn’t struggle to start getting results.
I learned that it takes guts and determination to get what you want. It’s a process.
Online marketing to build a list is crucial for any business. If you aren’t establishing a list and engaging with them daily you’re just not winning.
I enjoyed this blog post and will certainly look into the crash course 🙂
Love to get 10 plus per month… Inteterested in the traning
Great article Ty. I remember the days of being told I had to stalk people at Barnes & Nobles in the leadership section, or go up to random people at Albertsons. Oh boy…Thanks for shedding a light on things a few years back buddy! Everything’s changed because of you, and it’s been onward and upward ever since. Cheers!
