Nasdaq also today that it will delist the common stock and 9.75% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock of Youngevity International, Inc. Youngevity International, Inc.’s common stock and 9.75% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock were suspended on November 20, 2020 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
MLM leggings and clothing company, LuLaRoe settles pyramid scheme lawsuit with State of Washington:
The California based multi-level marketing business LuLaRoe is paying $4.75 million to settle allegations from the Washington state Attorney General’s Office that it operated as a pyramid scheme.
