Did you know that WWDB aka World Wide Dreambuilders aka World Wide Group LLC. violate Quixtar rules every time they talk about "the system" to anyone that is not personally sponsored?
Did you know that when a A Quixtar team Platinum talks to one of his downline (not personally sponsored), about CD’s, that he is violating a Quixtar rule?
Ever have a Britt World Wide – BWW leader talk to you about the importance of Communikate? You guessed it. RULE VIOLATION, unless he is your immediate upline.
Here are the rules:
4.14. Other Selling Activities: No IBO who personally sells products other than the Corporation’s products, who personally sells literature or sales aids not produced by the Corporation, or who sells services (e.g., tax services, insurance, investments, etc.) will induce another IBO whom he has not personally registered to sell such products, literature, sales aids, or services, or shall he or she offer to sell such products, literature, sales aids, or services to any IBO except those personally registered by him or her. Induce means persuade (to suggest or attempt to persuade) another IBO whether or not this is done to obtain revenues or for any other reason.
IBOs may engage in other selling activities related to non-Corporation-approved or non-Corporation-produced products and services if they personally desire to do so, but they may not take advantage of any activity organized to promote the Corporation’s products or the Corporation, or any other IBO’s efforts or resources, or of their knowledge of, or association with, other IBOs, especially those not personally registered by them, to promote and expand their other selling activities. To do so constitutes an unwarranted and unreasonable interference in the business of other IBOs. This does not mean, however, that an IBO regularly engaged in the operation of a gasoline station, repair garage, retail establishment, barber or beauty shop, or a professional service (law, medicine, dentistry, or accounting) may not serve clients or customers who are IBOs and have sought them out, but it does mean that such IBOs may not actively solicit the patronage of other IBOs who are not personally registered by them.
4.14.1. This section also applies to privately developed Business Support Materials ("BSM").
My wife and I are IBO's and I was just explaning that to her tonight. I asked my Diamond what rules/rules of thumb were regarding marketing my financial services to other non sponsored IBO's…. he referrenced me to the Quixtar rules. Yet he sells the system to my downline all the time – wow………
I guess that's why every Diamond and Emerald on stage and on tape started off with "If I say anything to you that is different to your upline then just pretend I don't exist"…
I just wonder why every selling activity they never told us about the failure of other ppl in doing sales business but kept on telling us the succes stories only?
How many people success in this program compare to the failure? have anyone doubt it or make a statistic??
Here are the full rules, why just post negative stuff, why not dare to post all the sub sections.
Summary: Sale/promotion of business support material to non-personally sponsored IBO is LEGAL and IS ACCEPTABLE
4.14. Other Selling Activities: Except as provided in Rule 6.5., IBOs may engage in other business ventures, including other selling activities, involving products, services, or business opportunities not offered or marketed by the Corporation. However, IBOs may not take advantage of their knowledge of or association with other IBOs whom they did not personally register, including their knowledge resulting from or relating to their individual lines of sponsorship, in order to promote and expand such other business ventures. Such conduct constitutes an unwarranted and unreasonable interference with the business of other IBOs and the Corporation.
4.14.1. Every IBO agrees not to solicit, directly or indirectly, other IBOs whom he or she did not personally register in order to sell, offer to sell, or promote other products, services, or business opportunities not offered or marketed by the Corporation.
4.14.2. Every IBO agrees not to sell, offer to sell, or promote any other business opportunities, products, or services in connection with the Corporation’s Sales and Marketing Plan.
4.14.3. Nothing in Subsection 4.14.2 restricts the sale or distribution of privately developed Support Materials (“SM”), Business Support Materials (“BSM”), and Product Support Materials (“PSM”) in accordance with Rule 7.
4.14.4. Nothing in this Rule 4.14. restricts, for example, an IBO regularly engaged in the operation of a service station, auto dealership, retail establishment, salon, or a professional service (e.g., law, medicine, dentistry, or accounting) from serving clients or customers who are IBOs and who have sought them out. But an IBO shall not actively solicit the patronage of other IBOs based on knowledge or information gained as a result of being an IBO.
My husband and I have been memebers of Quixtar for about 6 years now. He and I decided a few years ago that we were tired of this business that didn't seem to be going anywhere and maybe we were just wasting our lives away trying to recruit people into a business that is way too difficult. We stopped recruiting people but never gave up our business, in other words, we renewed year after year. I have to be honest with you guys, we're still making money from our business even though we're not too active. We have some faithful clients who buy products month after month and we just reap the profits. Granted, we don't make that much every month, but we make about $600-$1000 monthly. Not too shabby for residual income, so although a lot of your stories and comments speak volumes to me, I can't cut down Quixtar…. It can make you money!
