USANA Health Sciences, Inc. today was named a finalist in Contact Center of the Year category in the fourth annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service. The awards will be presented on February 22 in Miami Beach, Florida.

USANA’s contact center consists of over 100 representatives and supports those who reside in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, United Kingdom and the Netherlands. USANA’s customer service agents handle inbound communications in eight languages (English, Spanish, French, Chinese [Mandarin & Cantonese], Korean, Japanese and Dutch).
