According to Ted Nuyten over at BusinessForHome.org, Visalus has responded to the Visalus – Ocean Avenue Lawsuit.
Although a source is not given, Nuyten posts that the Ocean Avenue lawsuit is in response to 9 lawsuits filed by Visalus against Ocean Avenue and it’s distributors for breaching non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
Visalus claims that the lawsuit is without merit and untrue.
