Oliver's training really brings everything down to earth where is belongs. Even his voice helps people relax. I would go as far to say I need to be concious of how my voice sounds while I dialogue. If I'm speaking to fast, I'll sound like a salesman. If I'm not smiling, I'm going in for the kill. I wouldn't even call it selling; it's more like an evaluation to determine a genuine need or desire It will always come across more as a desire to give than to take. Helping instead of hyping. It's where the industry needs to go.
