We just received a comment from an Arbonne rep who said that her monthly check was late this month. Dated 11/11/2009, Postmarked 11/16/2009, Received 11/18/2009. She was asking if this is normal. Comments?

The check actually was right on time. Arbonne’s policy, clearly stated on several areas of Consultant area of the web site is:
Commission statements show your earnings for a specific period and are generated within ten business days after the end of each month.
Counting forward the number of BUSINESS days in November from October 31st – Nov 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, then, 9, 10, 12, 13 (11th was holiday) and 16 = 10 business days. So the checks were mailed right on time. The checks are usually dated the same date that the commission statements post on line and always have been.
Got mine on time as always!
