I just got a note from a very upset Efusjon leader who told me that his income will drop by roughly 60% as a result of Efusjon lowering the payout on overlap volume from 4.25% to 1.25%.
Efusjon Changes Compensation Plan – Leaders Lose 30 to 70% Of Income!
This is the second compensation plan change since April for Efusjon who created a lot of hype around a Facebook application that was supposed to virally market their business.
The reality of the Facebook application is that it is virally marketing crossline competition and the Efusjon corporate team are now distancing themselves from Facebook.
The fall out from this latest change has the potential to be catastrophic for Efusjon.
Meanwhile Efusjon is spinning this as a compensation plan increase, which is true for some, but not true for the people who got started in Efusjon early and are responsible for most of the growth.

Just a matter of time. Everyone knows the FB app was hype….
Everybody should stop recruiting!!!
Here's a direct quote from an email I got. "Effective for the month of August 2009, and going forward, the overlap commission will be increased from 1% to 1.25%." Overlap volume was never 4.25%. Care to explain. Did "early leaders" get paid 4.25% on overlap. How is it being spun as an increase?
***Early reps (a lot of the leaders) got 4.25% on all overlap. So the company increases the payout from 1% to 1.25%, yet drops the leaders from 4.25% to 1.25%. Big checks go bye bye. – ed***
The Facebook app was hyped up mostly by the clubs distributors, kind of like the way you play telephone as a kid. And people don't realize that this was just the initial launch of the app! Version 2, 3, and so on will be better and more functional with added features. That's been explained over and over again to people, but they just don't listen. And in terms of the comp plan changes, yes, that sucks for a lot of people. A LOT. But people who live in the "here and now" never see a bigger picture. Leveling the playing field was such a greater idea in the long wrong. Besides, it makes those people who started the company now a credible distributor! They can offer someone the SAME OPPORTUNITY to people, instead of offering someone a different opportunity then they one they received.
The overlap was all ways 1 percent now its 1.25 percent an increase. The sponsored commission is 4.25 percent and has never changed. People need to get on the conference calls. Derek was on a much deserved vacation. Check it out on Facebook. People think they invested into a winning Lotto Ticket. It's just growing pains. Have you ever had your own business, it takes some work and time to get it up and going. It was always said from the beginning to stay with it for 3 to 4 months. Stay connected share the product with others. Get 3 Help them get their 3 and so on.. People think they got to go out and re invent the wheel. All you really need is to stay Focus. It will all beome easier in the near future. It's working for me.

Quitter Never Wins"
***Jimi, You might want to speak with the 20% of the company, the folks making the big money, the leaders of the company who took a 30 to 60% pay cut as a result of the change. It's not growing pains, it's hundreds of people being shafted by a stupid comp plan.***
I agree. The compensation plans with certain companies will ‘adjust’. But, according to the terms n conditions..we the distributors are NOT supposed to ‘cross recruit’ So wait….now what happens? What if 20 people leave at once? Do we ‘cross-recruit’ now? Or do we just hold off and wait for Efusjon to turn around.
A friend in Efusjon, actually told me they met Rob Towles. He apparently said something along the lines of..”I wouldn’t build it if I were in your shoes.” But the thought stopped there.
I’m not going to speculate what was said next…but. I’ve posted my website for those who still like the idea of using super fruits in beverages. 100% natural, and 7 primary super fruits, plus 8 more common ‘super fruits’. Yes, 15. 🙂 Enjoy!
