I bet you are wondering what this has to do with marketing your business and making money online…
There is a strategy I teach that was worked extremely well for me over the years…I call it piggybacking. But we are not giving each other piggyback rides (fun as that sounds) I am talking about piggybacking off of the successful product and system launches.
An old buddy of mine, Jonathan Budd’s last product launch called “Futuristic Marketing” did about $2 million in sales and I believe I was 9th or 10th place in the affiliate contest.
That itself is pretty cool.
I made a nice check and got to speak on stage on Jonathan’s Unstoppable event in San Diego. But the biggest reward that I got for promoting Futuristic Marketing was the list that I built by piggybacking on Jonathan’s launch.
It’s simple really…
Basically, you create content and/or advertising centered around the product launch and then you capture the leads in your own squeeze page before sending them on to the affiliate links for the product.
It works extremely well when you hit a hot product launch.
