For the past two weeks I have watched the media talk about the Seattle Seahawks going up against Peyton Manning in the Super Bowl. It never seemed to be the Denver Broncos vs. the Seattle Seahawks. Always Manning.
It goes without saying that Manning had one of the best statistical NFL seasons by a quarterback of all time. He’s very, very good.
But better than a team of 11 guys?
No one person is better than eleven.
You can quote me on that.
And the Seattle Seahawks proved that by stomping Peyton Manning (and the Broncos) 43-8 in Super Bowl 48.
When I am working with a team, I like to say that “all of us are smarter than any one of us”, which is one of the reasons why teams that work well together rarely fail.
Personal development great, Napolean Hill puts is this way:
“No individual may have great power without availing himself of the “Master Mind.””
A Master Mind is defined by Hill as, “Coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.”
