Newark-based Longaberger, the nation’s largest handmade basket-maker, is moving away from selling baskets only through home shows and will add online and even some retail sales in 2007.
Customers will be able to purchase the handcrafted, decorative baskets online by this year’s holiday season, and buy them retail at Longaberger’s Homestead shopping and entertainment destination in nearby Frazeysburg, when it reopens March 15.
